3 Ingredient Cookies

Our guest blogger this week is from a thrifty 20 something on a path to weight loss. She is going to share her 3 ingredient cookies.

I was home one night craving sweets and decided to try a recipe that was easy on the calories and affordable. I gathered the 3 ingredients I needed and started "baking". I say "baking", because the recipe was so easy that any one could do it without messing it up.

To make my 3 ingredient cookies you will need.

2 Bananas
1 Package of instant oatmeal. I used cinnamon.
¼ Cup of Chocolate Chips (can be eliminated, but who doesn't like chocolate chips?)

Gather Ingredients

Mash the Bananas with the Oatmeal

Add the Chocolate Chips

Spoon on to Cookie Tray and bake for 10 minutes at 350°

Enjoy!

  2. I've tried three-ingredient peanut butter cookies, which are delicious but in no way healthy. I can't wait to try these! They do sound tasty and healthy. Love that!

    1. Bonny, they sure are delicious! I have also made them with the maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal. They were even better!
