Grape Gelatin Dessert

As simple to prepare as the commercial product, but with real fruit juice and a lot less sugar.  Plus, this tasty treat is fun for the kids to make. It's great all year round and is a refreshing, fat-free dessert or snack.

Makes 6 servings

2        cups grape juice
2        tablespoons sugar
1        envelope unflavored gelatin

Gather Ingredients.

Place grape juice and sugar in a small saucepan.

Sprinkle with gelatin and let soften a few minutes.

Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until gelatin is completely dissolved.

Divide mixture evenly into 6 custard cups. I used a muffin tin.

Chill until firm. I added my Creamy Orange Dressing as a topper.
