Makes 4 servings3 tablespoons bottled fat-free Italian dressing
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups mushrooms, thinly sliced
In a medium bowl, combine dressing and Parmesan cheese, and mix well.
Stir in mushrooms.
