Makes 4 servings
2 medium, pink grapefruits, cut in half crosswise
2 teaspoons margarine, melted
1 teaspoon rum extract
1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar.
Broil 6 inches from heat about 5 minutes, until grapefruit is hot and bubbly and edges just begin to brown.
