Picnic Take Alongs

Summer Picnics are so much fun. Especially if they are in your own backyard! I have come up with some great take alongs for your next picnic.

Tuna Seashell Salad: This easy salad makes an ideal light summer dinner. Add slices of fresh tomatoes and perhaps some corn on the cob, and your dinner is complete.

Cucumbers Dijon: This super-quick salad has a nice "kick" and makes a great addition to any tossed salad. It's also delicious packed into pita bread with sliced turkey and tomato.

Tropical Ambrosia Salad: I've replaced the usual sour cream with nonfat yogurt and taken out most of the high-fat coconut. Yet, this cool, delicious salad retains the wonderful, refreshing flavors of the Caribbean.
