My battle with food started at a young age. As a child, I was overweight and had very low self-esteem (read My Lean & Luscious Philosophy). After years of feeling bad about myself, I decided to join Weight Watchers (read Weight Watchers and Me), take control of my life and change my relationship with food. That’s when I realized that eating well can be easy and an enjoyable part of life (read The Quest for the Perfect Recipe)! That’s one of the main reasons I wanted to bring back my popular cookbooks. They are a guide for families to get together, have healthy delicious meals, and bypass the drive-through window.
With my new book, the recipes are updated, good for you, and delicious! For me, there is no greater reward than knowing I’ve played a part in someone’s journey toward greater health. I can’t wait to hear how much you love my new cookbook.
