Blueberry Treats

I love blueberries in the summer. Take advantage of summer blueberries at your local farmers market or favorite grocery store. Then try some of my favorite blueberry recipes!

Red, White, and Blueberry Parfait – This colorful, patriotic dessert is perfect for that Fourth of July or Labor Day picnic. Fresh summer berries are always delicious.

Blueberry Cobbler – You can use fresh or frozen berries for this popular favorite. If using frozen, be sure to buy the unsweetened ones and thaw them before using.

Orange Fruit Cups – These bright and cheery fruit cups can easily be varied by filling them with different fruits especially blueberries. Let your imagination and taste buds guide you.
