6 Recipes Under 150 Calories

I have compiled 6 of my favorite recipes that are under 150 Calories! They are so good that your whole family will enjoy them.

Vanilla Tapioca Pudding – 108 calories: The wonderful texture of the tapioca adds a special old-time note to this popular dessert.

Garlic and White Bean Soup – 91 calories: Sounds exotic, doesn't it? No one will believe it only takes a few minutes to make this delectable soup. Keep canned beans on hand in the pantry and you'll be able to throw this together with only a moment's notice.

Hot German Potato Salad – 113 calories: Who said salads have to be cold? This tangy, hot salad is high in flavor and surprisingly low in fat.

Mexi-Corn -113 Calories: The sprinkle of fresh cilantro at the end is optional, but I do hope you'll try it that way. Its unusual flavor really enhances the flavors of Mexican food.

Quick Onion Biscuits - 116 Calories: Turn refrigerator biscuits into hot onion rolls with just 2 extra ingredients.

Company Egg Cups – 118 Calories: Similar to miniature quiches, these egg cups are fun to serve, but you don't really have to wait for company to try them.
