4 Lean and Luscious Thanksgiving Sides

Thanksgiving is around the corner and there are always those greasy, high-fat dishes on the table that make you feel guilty. Don’t feel grief during your Thanksgiving meal! These four Lean & Luscious Thanksgiving Sides will be sure to be at hit on your family’s table. Only you’ll know that they are low-fat.

Sautéed Apples- Any variety of apples will work in this easy dish; however, the length of cooking time may vary. It tastes best when the apples are cooked until just tender, so be careful not to let them get mushy.

Apricot Glazed Carrots- This elegant dish combines the flavors of apricot, orange, and nutmeg. It looks so pretty and makes a nice accompaniment to chicken or turkey.

Pumpkin Apple Muffins- Moist, tender, and filled with fruit and spices, these muffins will grace your holiday table or please your family all year long.

Cranberry Salad Mold- Just in time for Thanksgiving, this colorful mold with its interesting texture provides a cool accompaniment to any dinner. Using fat free, sugar free gelatins greatly reduces the number of calories normally found in gelatin molds.
