Football Tailgate Recipes

The middle of football season is here, and we do not have to deprive ourselves from yummy, healthy snacks. Here are some of my favorite Lean & Luscious tailgate recipes that would be great for your tailgate!






Spread on crackers or sliced veggies, this is a great Sunday evening football snack.


A take-off on the ever-popular party dip, this version has all of the flavor with only a trace of the fat. I've replaced the sour cream with plain Greek yogurt, making a dip that's still as creamy and delicious as ever.


 Mango makes everything refreshing and sweet. This is a take from my Pineapple-Black Bean Salad. This refreshing salsa can be served on tacos, with tortilla chips, or piled into a pita for a delicious sandwich.


Can you believe it? These taste so much like the real thing, you'll make them over and over again. Just a spray of nonstick spray and you still have all of the taste without the gobs of fat.


 Great for parties, these cheesy cornmeal balls can be made a day ahead and refrigerated until it's time to bake them.
